We started our light show in December 2007. On December 18, 2008, the first year with our new controller, we won the Village of Lake in the Hills Clark Griswold Award in their Holiday Lights Decorating Contest. We also had a write up in the local paper, Algonquin Countryside, on Dec 24, 2008 and BarringtonPatch on Dec 8, 2012.
